Proposed Residential Development at Paje Area – Zanzibar
A luxury 12-unit villa development in Paje, Zanzibar, blending Swahili architecture with modern eco-features such as solar panels and rainwater harvesting. Each villa is integrated with outdoor activities on the rooftop terrace and a swimming pool. The project is partly targeted at diaspora investors seeking high-ROI vacation homes, as well as diaspora buyers looking for personal retreats or high-yield investment opportunities.
Proposed Double Storey Residential House – Mbweni JKT, Dar es Salaam
This project involved the construction of a modern double-storey family home located on a 2000m² plot at Mbweni JKT, Dar es Salaam. The house includes four bedrooms, open-plan living areas, and a chef’s kitchen on the main floor. The upper level features a master suite with a private balcony and a home office. The property also incorporates a rooftop infinity swimming pool with underwater hydro-sight glass offering magnificent views of the Indian Ocean.

Proposed Construction of Sisters Convent Building – Namanga, Longido District
Construction of a Sisters Convent Building located at Plot No. 766 in Namanga, Longido District, Arusha, Tanzania. The project is developed for the Ivrea Sisters Congregation under the Roman Catholic Church – Archdiocese of Arusha and will serve as a residential and operational facility for the congregation.

Residential House Development – Shanty Town, Moshi Municipal
This exquisite two-story residential property located in the quiet Shanty Town area of Moshi Municipal, Kilimanjaro, spans approximately 450 sqm and offers panoramic views of Mount Kilimanjaro. The design and build procurement strategy includes four en-suite bedrooms and a master retreat with a private balcony. The open-plan ground floor incorporates a swimming pool, landscaped greenery, and outdoor living amenities to create a comfortable and scenic residential environment.
Construction of Two-Storey Residential House – Moshi
Construction of a compact modern two-storey residential house located in the suburbs of Moshi, designed with earthquake-resistant reinforced concrete structural systems. The building incorporates burnt clay roof tiles, cement-sand plaster finishes, and weather-guard textured paint for durability in tropical conditions. Sustainability features include solar-ready electrical systems, cross-ventilation design, energy-efficient LED lighting, rainwater harvesting, and locally sourced stone cladding.
Construction of Girls Hostel – Michaud Secondary School, Karatu
Construction of a modern multi-storey student hostel facility designed to support safe and secure accommodation for female students. The building incorporates dormitory rooms, shared kitchen facilities, sanitation blocks, solar-powered utility systems, and rainwater harvesting infrastructure to promote sustainability. The project supports improved access to education by providing reliable boarding facilities in response to increasing female student enrollment.
KKKT Kibwegere Church – Roofing Works Stage
Construction of a contemporary Lutheran church integrating sustainable African architectural elements and glass façade features to enhance natural lighting, symbolizing heavenly illumination. The project includes compact external multi-use spaces for worship, community programs, and youth development activities supporting spiritual growth in urban Dar es Salaam.

Construction of a modern Catholic church incorporating sustainable African architectural elements and glass façades to maximize natural lighting, symbolizing divine illumination. The project also included external multi-purpose facilities to support community programs and youth activities.
Construction of 4-Pump Petrol Station – USA River, Arusha
Development of a modern fuel service station located along the Arusha–Moshi Highway in USA River to serve increasing commuter and tourist traffic. The facility includes petrol and diesel dispensing systems, convenience retail store, car wash facilities, and EV charging infrastructure provisions for future expansion.
Construction of 5,000m² Go-Down Storage Facility – Moshi
Construction of a modern 5,000-square-meter warehouse facility in Moshi designed to support storage of brewing materials and agricultural produce such as coffee and maize. The facility incorporates reinforced concrete structural systems, climate-controlled storage zones, solar-powered lighting, and efficient truck access. The project contributes to regional trade growth and supports local farmers by reducing post-harvest losses and improving supply chain reliability.

Development of a modern two-storey residential apartment complex featuring three- and four-bedroom family housing units. Construction of a 500m² multifunctional community facility designed to support education, vocational training, youth empowerment programs, and social activities for vulnerable and underprivileged children. The project incorporated eco-friendly construction techniques using locally sourced materials, reinforced concrete framing, and solar-powered roofing systems for long-term sustainability. The facility includes indoor and outdoor activity zones, kitchenette, storage areas, solar equipment room, and universal accessibility ramps.
